Charming fairly clean hotel with pleasant staff who made the stay a really great experience.

The staff was caring, the hotel was spotlessly clean and placed in a busy part of the city just off many good eateries and convenient stores, the theater.

All good - we appreciated our stay - food was different and cheerful staff.

The stuff where accommodating and affable, everything was great.

We loved our bright rooms, plus the staff was pretty friendly. Exceptionally comfortable beds and central heating, a safe and a mini fridge bar.

The whole place was clean and the staff were attentive. They upgraded me to an airy room with a magnificent view.

The property overall was clean and charming, had very good staff and rooms. Bright units with super comfy beds.

We loved being here. The hotel property was beautiful with brilliant location just next door to great restaurant, Michigan Avenue and other attractions. The rooms with nice bed sheets, Super comfy beds. The service in the property was excellent too.

fine staff and a well prepared breakfast. relaxing stunning room. gorgeous garden and clean pool. visiting restaurants and bars next to the hotel was easy. the beach nearby was stunning and the view was memorable.

Savoury breakfast, exceptionally clean hotel, unbeatable location close to everything I 'd be glad to recommend it to others I will be back one day.

Updated, attractive rooms and cool location. Staff was willing to help, they are all cooperative people. The breakfast here was reasonable with scrambled eggs. You won't be disappointed if you stay in Magnificent Mile district. I appreciated being within a 10-minute walk from the subway.

Spectacular location close to everything, awesome facilities, gorgeous breakfast. Elegant furniture and marble-lined bathroom...

Charming location, patient staff, very big bed.

The place is fully equipped and sweet. Milk, slices of fresh bread, fresh fruit, omelette and cheese available for breakfast. Residential location, relatively near downtown chicago.

The reason we loved it was lovely location and rooms. Fresh fruit, breads, milk, eggs and yogurt were better than expected. The airport was 12 miles away.

Functional building, stunning location and absolutely courteous staff. Large breakfast, we loved cereal, omelet, fresh fruit, milk and slices of fresh bread. Smooth check in and fast check out.

I loved it, staff and rooms were outstanding! Lovely view, a spacious balcony, very comfy bed, too. Lots of food at breakfast, including coffee, eggs, slices of fresh bread, cereal and fresh fruit.

Great value, an outstanding stay. Brilliant hotel, decent location, luxury bathrooms. Got cheap room, nevertheless the view it had was pretty bad. Breakfast had variety of good food and drinks.

Wi-Fi was awful, made me a little nervous.

it was spotless, with fab staff and location. had lunch/dinner at eataly, which i found at a moderate distance from the hotel.

Prime location, fashioned room, wonderful staff, I loved it. Magnificent Mile district won't disappoint you. And I was by off state st close to the river. They offered me free breakfast on my floor. Lovely lobby.

We appreciated our stay. Not far from the downtown, 15 minutes on foot. Visited many places, as it's next to Grand subway station...

Our bed was uncomfortable.

This hotel had everything we needed, we really loved people and location. Great nearby places include Siena Tavern, we usually had drinks there.

We liked our 2 night stay. The venue was extremely close to the bus station called state & kinzie.

This hotel was comfortable base for exploring Chicago, really enjoyed it. It was NICE to have free wireless internet access and Wi-Fi in the room. We had the continental breakfast.

location near to grand. every place we wanted to visit including millennium park was short way from this hotel.

Nothing all excellent.

The hotel's setting walking distance to everything we wanted to explore, like chicago riverwalk. One of the dining options, Ocean Cut was 5 mins walk away.

The breakfast we ordered was terrible.

Location - an easy walk to the wrigley building. It takes 20 mins to get to a bus station. We would be happy to recommend it to friends.
